- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Basso seems to be a good practictioner, however her staff are not, especially the nurses. They NEVER return phone calls. You are never able to speak to someone on the phone and are always prompted to leave a vm or the front desk dumps you to the nurses vm. I actually had to make an appt with Dr. Basso just so I could speak to her. I had continuely call and follow up after not hearing back from the nurses or from the referring services.
